Famous Slowcooker Pulled Pork
1 teaspoon Enfuso Arbeqina Olive Oil
1 Pork Shoulder Roast (4 lbs)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon My Kind Of Mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon SpiceTopia chili powder
1 extra large onion, chopped
2 large cloves of garlic, crushed
Pour the olive oil into the bottom of the slow cooker. Put in the pork roast. Pour over the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Add in the brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic and spices and stir. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours, or until the roast shreds easily with a fork.
